Application.
Tungsten carbide rods have a good shock resistance and bending resistance. They are mostly applied for drill bits, end mills, and reamers, non-ferrous precision cutting and wood cutting, fiberglass reinforced plastics, titanium alloys, hardened steel, etc. Our Carbide rods's quality are appreciated by our customers.
Process.
Firstly, we make raw material powder according to customer's requirements. Secondly, we press the powder to the shape and size clients required. Thirdly, the dies are sintered in the oven. Fourthly, some need post-handle if customer need.
