VSI Crusher Rotor Tips are the key components of VSI Crushers, which are used to crush various materials such as limestone, granite, and coal. The tips are made of high-quality wear resistant materials. The body material is 42CrMo alloy and tip is tungsten carbide inserted bar of hardness 85-90HV, and are designed to withstand the high-speed impact and abrasion of the crushing process.

producing materials for paving, recycling building materials, and steel slag processing. Sunrise produces VSI crusher rotor tips for top brands like Barmac, Sandvik, Trio, Terex, Nakayama SR100C, to protect the rotor against wear and withstand high-speed impact.
Our replacement VSI rotor tips are guaranteed to meet or exceed the OEM specification for fit, material grade and performance unless otherwise stated. Our tips are made of tungsten carbide alloy bar of high hardness inserted into tip frame. The hardness and material can be customized.
