Tungsten Carbide Seal Rings has the characters of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and good compressive properties. They are used as Mechanical Seal faces in pumps, Compressors and Agitators, widely used in Oil Refineries, Petrochemical plants, Fertilizer Plants, and Drugs/Pharmaceutical Industries.
Process.
Firstly, we make raw material powder according to customer's requirements. Secondly, we press the powder to the shape and size clients required. Thirdly, the dies are sintered in the oven. Fourthly, some need post-handle if customer need.
