Tungsten Carbide cold heading dies have high impact resistance, toughness and wear resistance. They are mainly used in processing some hard metal tools, especially for bolts, rivets, heading of screws and nuts, and so on.
Process.
Firstly, we make raw material powder according to customer's requirements. Secondly, we press the powder to the shape and size clients required. Thirdly, the dies are sintered in the oven. Fourthly, some need post-handle if customer need.
