Application.
Tungsten carbide nozzle is made from hot pressing with straight bore and venture bore type, which have high hardness, good wear resistance, high anti-corrosion ability. They are widely uased in abrasive waterjet, dry/wet blasting,suction blast,scrubber,descaling,slurry jet,centrifuge and so on. Usually they offers a long life with high performance.
Process.
Firstly, we make raw material powder according to customer's requirements. Secondly, we press the powder to the shape and size clients required. Thirdly, the dies are sintered in the oven. Fourthly, some need post-handle if customer need.
